Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or changes of any kind, once an order has been sent or delivered.
We highly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive an incorrect item, you may contact us at info@iujewelrypr.com to submit a claim. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we evaluate your case, if the exchange is approved and the error was on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. However, if the error was not caused by us, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Approved returns must be sent back in the same condition and packaging in which they were received. Used items will not be accepted.
Please note that we are not responsible for:
- Incorrect mailing addresses provided by customer
- Lost or stolen packages
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
